LEGENDS BALL 2012

CTO proudly recognizes and celebrates living legends in our area in the follow categories:

Category 1: The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Legends and Leaders Award recognizes an individual for outstanding “Service to All Mankind” and the recipient will be someone who demonstrates that he/she takes an active role in making positive contributions to the community through volunteerism.

Category 2: The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Legend in Education Award recognizes an individual for outstanding educational “Service to All Mankind” within the Covington/Conyers community. The recipient of this award will be able to demonstrate that he/she provides additional opportunities for individuals and/or groups to achieve academic success through voluntary efforts.

Category 3:  The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Legend in Business Award recognizes an entrepreneur or small business that exemplifies “Service to All Mankind” through significant contributions to the Covington/Conyers community by educating residents about business-related and/or entrepreneurial activities that promote economic advancement.

Category 4:  The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Outstanding Youth Award recognizes an outstanding student in grades 6-12 for his/her “Service to All Mankind.”

Category 5:  The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Legend in Medicine Award recognizes an individual for outstanding “Service to all Mankind” in the area of health awareness and prevention in the Covington/Conyers community.

Category 6: The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Legend in Faith-Based Leadership Award recognizes an individual for outstanding “Service to All Mankind” through faith based leadership within the community.

Category 7:  The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Legend in Community Service Award recognizes an individual for outstanding “Service to All Mankind,” and the recipient will be someone who demonstrates that he/she takes an active role in making positive contributions to the community through volunteerism.

Category 8: The 2012 Chi Tau Omega Legend in Social Justice Award recognizes an individual for outstanding educational “Service to All Mankind” within the Covington/Conyers community in creating awareness in at least one of the following areas: (a) politics, (b) law enforcement, (c) human trafficking, (d) domestic violence, (e) services for children of incarcerated parents, (f) youth aging out of foster care, (g) children in homeless shelters, (h) voter empowerment, and (i) advocacy training for parents in the areas of education and health care needs of children.
